i can luckily and happily say, im carrying low too and he only gives me shots to my stomach (my actual stomach which sometimes makes me feel like i am going to throw up) but the ribs have been fairly safe. When we are sitting in the evening watching tv before bed and i get up every 20 minutes to pee i swear my hips have been glued and i have to try and break to glue to walk again, which hurts like hell!! going up the stairs i tell DH, i feel like im 80...8 weeks and counting

Lol...this feels like an "are we there yet" moment. Sigh. 24 days for me until my "planned" induction. I want it to be over soooo bad. I think my pelvis is going to break. The baby is so low that I think if my cervix just opens a hair he is going to fall out.

I was just whining about this to my dh last night. I forgot just how much the last stage of pregnancy stinks. The weight is probably the hardest part on my body. Everything hurts from my feet to ribs. It's hard lugging around all this extra weight. I'm looking forward to getting my mobility back. I just want to be able to walk up the stairs or put on a pair of pants without it being an event.

Hey all,

6 weeks and counting for me too.  Luckily for me, I am enjoying my pregnancy and wish I can prolong it just a bit so I can get more organised.  I must add though, I can't handle the getting up to wee part..... and I can't handle the fact that I am confined to only 2 pairs of shoes and my takkies.  By the way, its winter here in South Africa, so its freezing. Getting up in the middle of the night is not a blessing.  I sweat like its nobody's business and if I take off too much clothes then I am freezing.  I am carrying quite low, so there is not kicking in the ribs, etc.  But it constantly feels like my pelvic bones are going to crush.

Okay, so maybe I am over exxaggerating about having a blessed pregnancy but what can I say there are off days and on days.

By the way, my hips are so sore in the morning when I wake up, I have to learn to walk all over again.

Greetings fellow preggos...is there room for me on this train!

I am feeling a little irritable too...my back and my rib cage are hurting like hell...I am still battling morning sickness complete with nausea and vomiting...my knees hurt from the extra weight and I am tired of going to the bathroom...I love the fact that it is almost time for the little one to get here! 6 weeks and counting!!!

I hope we all get some relief soon...

I'm terribly sorry that you're feeling crappy, however, I am feeling the same way... I had originally planed on working up until my due date (I am a CNA), however, now I wondering if I should have gone down to light duity for the last few weeks... Oh well I guess working is a good thing though... making the money to pay the bills, that's the only thing that counts now.

Oh and on top of that I am trying to get myself into college so that I can take some online classes this fall while I am on maturnity leave, so that I have something to do.  Not to mention figure out what VA benifits I quallify for, *sigh* so I guess it's just one hell of a waiting game, however, I only have until August 1st to send in my application...

Not to mention my back has been killing me... there is a about a four by four squar area right above my tail bone that has been killing me for days, the doctor seemed to think that it was because of the baby's head being down.  Oh and then when I go to the bathroom and have to pull my pants back up I have so much pressure on my bladder/pelvic floor that I think that they baby will just fall out.  Ugh... so I just wish that the baby would get here already, however the labor predictor said that the baby will be late... along with my labor would be 12 hours long.... so I am not happy!!!

I had the same feeling this morning.  I just want to feel normal again, whatever that is!  I just wish I could take a day off from lugging around this huge belly, or getting kicked in my pelvis or belly button!
