Normal HCG levels at 20 dpo
I got my BFP last Saturday. Reading everything can make me a little crazy...but long story short, I was basically told a little over a year ago that in ordr to get preg I would have to IUI...well, surprise surprise I got a BFP on Sat. I believe I concieved on Jan 7th, so I'm not very far along. Well I called OB and asked them to monitor closely as I've had several miscarriages and 1 eptopic preg in the past. They did a blood HCG level yesterday (20dpo) and my level was 942....is that good, bad, soso?????
I'm repeating again tomorrow morning so we can compare levels 48 hours apart....but I had to ask what you all thought!

Got results from second test (48 hours after the first) and the doubled. Went from 942 to 1947!!
What a relief! They gave me the option of doing another blood test or not ajnd I said no, I was good with just the two tests now that I know the numbers have doubled.
I'll go in for my first ultrasound next Friday (a week from tomorrow) to check for a heart beat. Can't wait! I'll have to keep real busy so I don't drive myself crazy waiting!

Humm, so using nagels rule you would be due the 1st of october, and if u used a pregnancy calculator it probably said sept 30th

Thanks! I asked them to test me because I felt like I would consume myself with more worry without the tests! I guess I'lll just worry no matter what!

That is a good number, i think you have to either have levels of over 1000 or 2000 to see anything in the uterus. Thats one of the reasons i didnt get a blood test, i didnt want to consume myself with wondering if my numbers were ok or if they were doublling etc, it can be stressful.
