Pubic/Tailbone pain, anyone else?

Since yesterday evening I've had some pubic pain almost like the baby is pushing down on my pubic bone (he is very low still below my belly button), also my tailbone is achy. I had tailbone issues when I had Marissa so I think maybe that isn't helping (it was out of place) I sure hope this doesn't happen again. Anyone else having these?

Amber, I must have missed this somehow originally, but I just responded on the 18-34 pregnancy forum!

I have tailbone pain, and if I had not seen your post would not have associated it with the pregnancy!

I haven't experienced it. I do have some back pains when sitting down for too long. Other than that i'm good. Sorry to hear you ladies are experiencing discomfort. At night though, I'm starting not being able to sleep much. I keep turning and my back hurts.

I have terrible pelvic pain and tailbone pain. Some days are worse than others. After I had my son, my pelvis just never felt like it was in the right place, and would constantly shift. So maybe that's why it's so painful for me. I can't sit on a non-cushioned surface for more than a couple of minutes, or my tailbone hurts. And when I try to get up from a sitting position, it feels like it shifts and pops until I stand up completely. My midwife says it normal....but I don't know! I have been gardening the last couple of days and that has not helped me one bit. lol. Now I'm sore everywhere. haha! The things we pregnant women have to endure! Won't be too much longer girls!!

I get the tailbone pain that's about it. It's worse if I'm sitting for long periods of time. She's butt down and the ob tech said her butt is right against my cervix so I guess that's lots of pressure right in that area. I think it gets better for awhile when she flips and then worse again towards the end.

I did some gardening a couple of weeks ago and I ended up with pretty bad tail bone pain that lasted a couple of days.  I think it was from bending over.  I have not done anything like that since and it hasn't bothered me too much.  I don't have pubic bone pain but I find if I sit in the same spot too long I feel a wave of pressure way down there.  I don't know if it is him moving or what.  But I need to get up walk around and even lie down for a few minutes.

Hope your tailbone feels better.  It's an annoying pain because you can't even really rub it or get to it!
