We will all have our babies soon. I'm scheduled for a csection sept 7 at 8am. I hope I go earlier.

truthfully i think you 2 are going to go very close to each other...my guess is within a day or 2

i know you dont want to hear it jschoch8 but i think you will be late...i had my first 5 days late so dont worry...i know it ***** watching your due come and go and wondering when you will go but it will be soon after

these are just my guesses and i hope im completely wrong and the both you of you go on friday...hehe (my birthday!!!)

Well as of my appt today i hadn't made ANY progress.  I know that being as this is my 6th full term it could happen in a very short amount of time but it's still depressing to hear that my cervix is still high and closed :(

my guess has been that id give birth sept 5 (4 days late). my doc actually has my due date as aug 28th, but i go by sept 1st because thats what shes always measured. i did acupuncture last thurs and friday which made me very crampy afterwards but went away the next day. they called me yesterday to see if i went into labor and gave me a free session today. they did something a little different- needles with a slight electrical charge. she said last time she did it the lady was in the hospital 2 hours later! it was a tad bit uncomfortable and i felt like my stomach was hard for most of the time.

i feel fine now (meaning nothing), going for a walk later with my hubby. i guess what it comes down to is she'll come when she wants to. if i was to be induced (dont want to!) it would be on sept 10th. i know how common it is to be given pitocin, but i really am not comfortable with the stress it puts on the baby, plus i dont want to get an epideral until im 5 cm.

i really have no idea if im dilated or not, my one and only time i was checked was 4 weeks ago and nothing. ive been losing small bits of my plug for 3 weeks so i hope that means something is happening.

I know I am not due until the 23 but I am ready now. Had a doc appt today and he wont check to see if I am dilated until I am atleast 38-39 weeks. I will be 37 weeks on thurs..after that day he can come whenever. If I do go late, the doc talked about inducing me on the 29th, that is cutting it close to the end of the month and for some reason I dont want an October baby....don't ask why, I just don't.
