Could my body be showing signs that labor is soon?

I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and in the past few days I've suddenly had very frequent bowel movements (I've literally been 0acked u0 for weeks!!) and I've been peeing way more, I've also been having what feels like light menstrul cramping every so often. Also some pains in I think my cervix about 3-5 times a day for the past 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure baby has dropped low...
This is my first pregnancy so im not sure what to expect at all!!!
Due: Sept 21st

Its hard to tell lol. Im a FTM and had been dialated to 2cm by my 37wk appointment. I never had any type of contractions that I noticed. Then the night before my 39week appointment I literally stayed awake the ENTIRE night due to strong frequent contractions. They were minutes apart. I went into my doc appt at 11am and I had dialted 1 more cm. Im at 3cm and have had no contractions at all anymore lol. My doc still thinks she'll come soon but Im not so sure.

but don't be too excited yet because my body has been preparing since around 37 weeks and I am now 40+3 with an induction scheduled

Yes. But don't get too excited about it being 'soon' this could go on for awhile. Everyone's body is different though so hopefully you wont have too much longer to wait if you are ready to meet your little one! Good luck (:

Very likely. When the pains feel like something you've never felt before, more painful, Ann get withing 5-10 minutes apart then you need to go to the hospital.  37 weeks is considered full term meaning your baby will be fine if born anywhere from now till your due date (or after). make sure you have your hospital bag packed an set by the door already!(:  good luck  an stay relaxed.
