I'm 27 weeks and like me, you are in the third trimester. All the energy you had in the second trimester starts to go away as the baby gets bigger, grows faster, and you get heavier.  It will get more and more challenging as we approach or due dates.

Just try to eat well, rest whenever you need it, get some light exercise, and start counting down the days. I can't wait for baby to arrive and not have a person living inside me anymore. Good luck.

Get tested for iron levels maybe? My fatigue was caused by nearly zero iron stores. I'm taking iron now but haven't noticed much difference yet. Hoping it gets better soon...
