I'm 40+3 days over due, I'll be talking with my doctor on Monday about getting induced, but I was just wondering if I had a right to tell my doctor I want to get induced today or tomorrow? Do I have to go with what he says or is it my choice to get induced a few days earlier?

I was told the same thing, that they won't do it until 41 weeks..

It's there say so on the date I asked to be induced early at 40 weeks and they said they don't start that till 41 weeks
