Induction

I'm considering induction and will be done next week, what's the procedure, did the Gynae use injection, pills, gel or drip to induce you? Was epidural optional? Please help me put my mind at ease.

I been induced twice before the 1st was with the gel, it took 3 hours to break my waters and then two hours after I broke my waters i had the baby
And the 2nd the doc just broke my waters and after 2 hours they had to put the IV drip then after less than two hours I had my baby so I think the gel is the better..

Good luck
