almost 9 weeks no symptoms

I'm almost 9 weeks and only symptoms I'm having is tiredness and lack of appetite. No nausea, no morning sickness. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and everything with baby was perfect. Just makes me nervous. I got to the Dr in a week.

I have no morning sickness either! I go in for my first appointment tomorrow,  but everyone had said this can be normal. Try not to stress. (Easier said than done, I know, but it will be better for the baby).

I had zero symptoms with my first. everything was fine. I'm freaking out this time because I felt like crap for two weeks between when I found out I was pregnant and my first ultrasound at 7w4d and now a week later I fell absolutely perfect. I'm having twins and just feel like I shouldn't have gotten over my crappy feelings yet and something must be wrong.
