Hi, I'm a mom of 3 and preggo with my 4th. All of my pregnancies were plagued with severe nausea and vomiting. Nothing seemed to help, natural or medicinal remedies. However with morning sickness now again rearing it's ugly head someone told me about ginger root supplements! OMG! What a big help. I spoke with a nurse at my providers office and she said 250mg pills up to 4x a day is safe. I could only find 550mg tabs, so I take one in the early morning and one in the evening! Such relief. Ask your doc and see if it helps you! Best of luck! XOXO

I bought candied ginger at the health foods store. You can find it most grocery stores but in some small cities maybe buy it online. Also called crystalized ginger. I eat a piece before eating to settle my tummy then at least one after. Ginger ale or sprite works too but less sugar in the dried product and more effective.
