Symptoms stopped?

So I tested positive on Jan 31st and had symptoms for the next 2 days and now nothing..anyone else experience this? I don't feel pregnant anymore and I'm kinda freaking out...I'm 6 weeks. I don't have my first doctors appointment  until February 18th.

Same here! Cramping week 4, nausea week 5, then nothing but kind of sore breasts this past week.

I only had morning sickness for 4 days and it stopped! Are your breast still tender? That's how I know and also no bleeding or cramping.. I'm sure you're fine! Try not to stress to much! Good luck at your appt!!
