Should I be concerned?

hi everyone. I'm a cashier at a Walmart super enter and I believe I pulled a muscle or ligament in my stomach. Well at least I hope that's what's wrong. Every time I move it feels like someone is taking a knife to me and cutting. I don't have any bleeding or any other problem except the horrible pain. Sometimes it even hurts when I'm standing. I'm 35 weeks. Should I be concerned?
