abnormal ultrasound...

I had my 12 week ultrasound yesterday and they did the screening for genetic deformities, the tech couldn't get an accurate picture of the back of the baby's neck to measure, so the results came back "abnormal" cause by their measurement the back of the neck was a little too thick. Now I go in on Monday for the maternitiT21 blood test (same as the harmony test) so we can get a real scan and accuracy for genetic deformities....I'm trying my best not to stress out but how can you not?? At least I'll know the sex in 2 weeks...I'm nervous though:( anyone else had this? What was the result?

I wish they would have just said it was inconclusive and we have to test more, why freak me out....ugh my fingers are crossed!! At least I'll get to find out the sex yeee!!

Im sure everything is fine and this type of issue happends all the time. I bet you will look back at this years from now and say what a scary thing it was but that it was just a fluke or something.  You and yoy baby are in my prayers!

I'm really really hoping it was only "abnormal" cause the baby wouldn't move to a good position for measuring...fingers crossed

I just had to do the same blood test last week :( fingers cross for both of our babies.
