Hey! What are
you guys doing for exercise? I ran a half marathon first week of December and my LMP was Dec 24.  I normally run or do t25 but haven't run yet since I found out and am doing t25 more modified. What about you guys? Any recommendations by your drs?

My doctor said my beach body work out is fine. I do 21 day fix. He told me to take it to a moderate level so that I could comfortably talk through the whole thing. That's been a rough adjustment but so far so good. It includes everything from cardio and weight training to yoga and pilates. When I get bigger I'd love to find a pool!

Aqua aerobics once maybe twice a week. Its supposed to be good in pregnancy because of the resistance of the water which isnt so hard on your body

I do zumba and still lifting and the row machine.  I think if u were previously lifting and hard core cardio u should be fine to do anything else since ur body is used to it. I was going to compete in a bodybuilding competition in April but now that i have this miracle coming i had to put that in a stop till next year. I have cut down my weights lifting in half. So ex. Instead of lifting 160 on legs i only do 90 now. My doc said it was k as long as i dont do anything too crazy. Just keep being active tru ur pregnacy cuz muscle memory after the baby is a beautiful thing. Even if u walk around the block is good for you and the baby. :)

I also do 30 minutes on a bike everyday. I have runner mom friends and they all ran during their pregnancies.

I do 30 minutes on a stationary bike every morning.  I was doing T25 also, but waiting to talk to the doctor to make sure it's ok.
