Thank you so much. I really appriciate it. Before I found this app, I felt like I was the only one to have a miscarriage and it felt so depressing. Thank you so much girl.

I lost my first baby at at 7 weeks. Its so hard when the next pregnancy happens, I know how you feel, you question everything. If you really are that concerned you could just wait until 12 weeks, or speak to your Dr. With my second pregnancy I had sex but like you I was cautious. Some people say drinking pop is wrong some say is fine. I'm told to drink water mostly but a can of pop every now and again hasn't hurt me in this pregnancy or with my little boy. It's all about you remember and what feels comfortable

Well I had a miscarriage back in September so I'm terrified to have sex or even drink pop so I'm not sure what's good for my baby and what's not right now

Pleassse don't worry. It's perfectly safe to have sex in the first stages unless you are high risk for something which I'm guessing your not. But it is totally normal to feel so worried. This is my 3 Rd pregnancy, you'll be fine. If you're still really concerned then just got slow :-)
