I was actually told that I'm not allowed back to my chiropractor as long as I'm pregnant. So that's out. But maybe pt or acupuncture would help. Thank you!
Ok. I've found that getting into the right position at night makes all the difference during the day. During my first pregnancy I was having bad hip pain and having no issues with sleep, but once I changed positions at night my pain went away. My doc said STMs are more likely to get more pain. Is there anything at all you can think of that you are doing differently?Do you have the time to try PT, chiropractic, or acupuncture? Those might be your best bet to be honest.
I've tried a pillow under my belly at night, and it helps a little. But I need to figure out a way to get rid of the pain during the day as well as at night. I work 8-9hours a day for 5 days a week, and I'd love to find a way to stop the pain so I can continue to work.
My first go to would be a pregnancy pillow.
Follow up question: Could this be sciatic nerve pain? It's low in my back, and right above my bottom.
Again, thanks for any tips/advice!
