I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I went for a wee about five minutes ago and I wiped myself but a load of thick gooey discharge with a s streak of blood was on the tissue when I wiped myself and I feel like I need to pee one after another any help...? it's my first pregnancy:-)

It sounds like your mucus plug but that doesn't mean labor. If you are having some cramps, put your feet up or take a warm bath. If they don't stop in about an hour, call your doc.
does that mean I could go into Labour cause I was walking today and I was getting pressure pains but took no notice of it ...I have a small bit of pressure going down threw my backside...? Thanks for your help
