10.5 weeks pregnant...really strange emotions

This is my second pregnancy with a different father and very different situation. I don't feel pregnant and I just feel so all over the place. Feelings about my ex and feelings about my current boyfriend are all intertwining and I just feel like I csnt cope with the whole mess of thr situation.
I know at the early stages hormones are everywhere and maybe I've just forgot. But I'm starting to feel pretty hopeless and i'm starting to worry about my anxiety.

Some words of encouragement or anyone feeling similar I would greatly appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks ladies.

Are you happy to be pregnant and do you love your current partner? If so then it is probably just hormones. At 10 weeks I felt very like what you are describing, I was worrying about everything and almost looking for reasons to worry!! I'm at 13 weeks now and can assure you that it has calmed down. I discussed the things that were worrying me with my partner and he helped me to get some perspective and calm down. The hormones and mood swings have subsided too. Just take one thing at a time and don't overload yourself with too many issues at once because you'll become overwhelmed. At the end of the day you will have a beautiful little baby and whether the man in your life is going to be a part of that is a totally separate issue. Women can be strong and can get through anything with or without a partner. Chin up! It'll get better.

Thankyou for your input ladies. I feel much much better as of the last week or so..but I do still get waves of feeling really messy. My last pregnancy (situation wise) was so different to this, it's really hard to compare.  But my boyfriend is being great and just gonna muddle on the best I can!!

Thankyou again for your replies ♡
