I had the same problem when I was 7-8 weeks. I asked my doc about it and she literally said I was sh*t out of luck when it came to sleeping pills. So, I had to toughen it out. I am 11 weeks now and I am always wanting to sleep. I even have to take 1-2 naps during the day. We will see how long this phase will last.

Get a snoogle pregnancy pillow. I had the same issue at 15 weeks and it worked wonders
