There's nothing wrong with being comfortable on your right side that's your own personal preference . That doesn't mean anything is wrong with you or your baby . However , doctor's prefer you to sleep on your left side because they feel laying flat on your back or on your right side decreases oxygen from the baby . I'd recommend a body pillow this late in pregnancy as I am also almost 36 weeks . And I recommend permit tea or gingerbread spice tea ( caffine free ) . I enjoy making sure everything is clean and organized for the baby and packing my hospital bag . But take it easy .
Hi im 38 weeks pregnant and sometimes find myself comfortably snoozing off on my right side. Recommendation i got a few weeks ago is to drink Raspberry leaf tea its suppose to help soften the cervix- so i have been trying to drink atleast 4cups a day (no signs of baby yet). Good luck with the pregnancy
I sleep on my right side a lot and I'm 38 weeks. Left side is just bc oxygen flows better they say but as long as ur comfortable
I'm 31 weeks and I prefer my right side as well. I used to sleep on my left side my whole pregnancy but now I find it hard to fall asleep so switched to my right. I hear sleeping on your back isn't good for the baby though. A body pillow really helps as well
