I agree, it's a very common mistake to make.  Women have a sensation that their water broke,  but it was urine.

It sounds like your contractions are getting closer together while you are at home,  and you will probably be back in the hospital with closely spaced contractions by the end of the morning.

Best wishes.

I know, that's what I told them. But I'm going to go back at 7. I started timing contractions at 5:04. And there 5 min apart. Ugh. They told me to go back when my contractions are 2-5 minutes apart for 2 hours

It's actually a very common mistake to make. Late in pregnancy you have alot less control over your bladder, the hospitals will have hundreds of women everyday mistaking urine for waters (I have a few friends who have done the same thing, one of them did it yesterday). If they have tested you then I'm sure your waters wouldn't have gone, but your contractions being 4 mins apart you should prob call them back and tell them.

They sent me home because they tested me with these one strips. And if they turned blue that means my water broke. And the strip stay yellow apparently. They say I urinated on my self but there's no way that was pee. It was clear and it soaked up my shorts and I dropped all the way to the bathroom. But because the strip showed it yellow they sent me home. :/

You need to smack those morons at the hospital bc clearly they don't what they are doing if they sent you home knowing your water broke. That's malpractice if you get any sort of infection or something is wrong with the baby you can sue the entire hospital. But you need to go back nd tell them your midwife sent you

My bag broke at 11:57. I called my Dr. He said to go to the hospital. I went and they sent me home at 3:00 am. And now I'm home and my contractions are 4-5 min apart. And it's 5:30 am
