Not sure if it's real contractions or not

So I'm 35 weeks with my first baby and I'm having like mild contractions in my lower belly about every 4-5 mins... it's been going on for about a hour.

Take a bath, drink a huge glass of water (dehydration can cause false labor pains). If they don't ease up, become more painful or start to get closer, go into L&D

Do they get better if you change positions?

Are they getting stronger? If they are I would give doctor a call
