I was like that with holding my sneezes, I found it can really hurt in the pelvic area, near where u get cramps..turns out it's just because all ur joints and ligaments are relaxed and loosened etc from all the hormones and the pressure of the sneeze can sorta tug on them, also take care rolling over whilst lead down and coughing too cos iv found that I can get the same sorta pain from those too :)

I guess I'm just going to delete this app.  Whats the point of joining a support network when no one answers your questions.  I feel even more alone now.

Hi hun,
Your baby is still very little and have plenty of space to bounce around in.
Example.
Put a fresh blueberry in the middle of a water bucket.
Give the water bucket a gentle shake.
It's hardly moving.
Don't worry :)
But if you feel something is not right, see your doctor! :)
Hope you feel better soon!
xx
