I was in labor for 3days with my last child contractions were coming 5min apart but no change! They wanted to send me home I refused with my contractions being only 5min apart. I walked the hospital halls nothing to eat or drink. My friend came in and she had pineapples I begged her to give me some sent me right into labor!!!!

Walk.. dance around..Acupuncture.Pineapple

Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, which is thought to help soften your cervix and bring on labour.

Keep active. Walk around, stuff like that. It can happen very fast or slowly it all depends. Just don't over exert yourself. Good luck!
