OK so I did a home test last month and it was positive I'm normally 7 days heavy since feb I have been 3 days and light June and July haven't had one but swear I can feel something moving all the time

You NEER to find a midwife or an OB. Don't go throughout your pregnancy without visiting a doctor because you can have so any complications that only doctors tests/ultrasounds can detect.
The only way to know how far along you are for sure is NY ultrasound.

You could go see your doctor and get an ultrasound, they can give you an estimated due date and you can count back 266 days from that to see when you conceived.

I've been thinking back and the last time I had a period longer than 3 days was January
So essentially you COULD be 5-6 months?
And you haven't seen a doctor?
The doctor can determine how far along you are.
By now you should have already done the gender ultrasound too.
What are your 3 day periods like? Just spotting? Or actual bleeding?

And I am taking vitamins have been since I found out
I have a scheduled appointment for the 21st the last night with my sister was feeling my stomach she fell kicks on both sides at the same time
An ultrasound can tell you to the day how big it is. I'm 15w1d and measuring 15w 3d. It's quite precise by measuring the heart and head.
