uncomfortable

I'm 21 weeks and 2 days and no matter what I do I can not get comfortable. I can't find a good position to lay in or sit in. My chest is tight and im having difficulty breathing sometimes which I heard is not uncommon. I use a body pillow when I go to bed and have started to try and use it on the couch also to see if that helps. Does anybody have any helpful hints how I can get more comfy? It's just so aggravating

I lay on my heating at night when in going to bed. Idk if it actually does anything, but it feels good lol

We just moved into a new house a few months ago, and last night I thought  "ooooh  a warm bath sounds great, I heard it is soothing". So I decided to try it out for the first time. Mind you, I'm pretty small, only 5'2 and I couldn't fit! I knew our shower was small, but OMG it is tiny! Needless to say, I didn't get my bath lol. I'll have to try leaning on an ottoman.

When you find out let me know!!!!  I do find a little comfort with a warm bath, and I kneel and lean on the ottoman with my arms.  It gives me some temporary relief, but that's all.  But some is better than none.
