I'm 35 weeks and 6 days. I feel like my husband doesn't want to have sex with me all he wants to do is sleep and cuddling.  He works two jobs so I know he needs rest. But I'm Really Upset And Crying Can't sleep.

It's just that when he wants to have sex oil don't want to and when I want to he's restless.  We haven't been having alot of sex lately because his Penis Is very large and he feels like he's touching the baby or gonna hurt her. (Sorry if TMI)
  I keep telling him she's well protected. But he won't listen. Even when we do have sex he makes me uncomfortable cause he's always talking to the baby.  Like ( are you ok Heather) lol & if he's not doing that he's forgetting she's there and banging my brains out, until he touch my stomach than he gets scared lol

If it hurts just don't do it. Or try to change Positions. I've learned that doing it from the side really helps. Or doing a little 4 play before he enters you. Once you start from the side you can work your way back to  missionary Or ride it which every way is more comfortable for you.

Listen.  He's still there with you cuddling so there's nothing to be upset about.  I'm 31 weeks and can't stand that he dosnt leave me alone I swear he's turned on by pregnancy but I'm so tired fat and uncomfortable that it's annoying.  He was the same my last pregnancy to. I completely understand being pregnant and not feeling yourself and just needing that reassurance but trust me you will be back to your self before you know it.

Ughh give me some advice please. It hurts to have sex but I still want to cuddle and just be next to each other but I feel like I'm always in competition between his friends and video games :/

Don't worry sometimes when men see a big belly they feel bad and rather not do anythibg. Doesn't mean He doesn't want you or desire you.  I hardly had sex w during my pregnancy but that cause my sex drive was completely gobe.

  I just took it from him. Lol I feel so much better. I'm so happy and I feel good.

My husband is always concerned he will hurt the baby (this I hear is common for men) with my first he really was uncomfortable having sex after he could feel the baby move and even worse once he could see the movements. Maybe ask him if he will do other things for you.
