To be on the safe side, check your blood pressure. If its high, call your doctor or go to ER right away.
I had headaches throughout 1st trimester, then they stopped for 3 month. Then, suddenly got a headache beginning of 3rd trimester. Next day, doctor checked my blood pressure. It was high. As a result I got diagnosed with preeclampsia and had to have emergency c-section 2 days after.
It might be nothing but better be safe than sorry!!
Good luck, mama!

Headaches are a normal symptom of pregnancy, but if they're really bad, you should talk to your doctor about what you can do. There's so many things that can cause headaches, so it's hard to say what to try. I've heard they can be caused by various vitamin deficiencies, and with the baby taking all your nutrients, it's easy for that to happen, even if you're taking a prenatal vitamin. Especially if your diet isn't that balanced. Ask your doctor, maybe they can check your nutrient levels, or suggest something else.

Headaches are very common during pregnancy due to the increase in hormones. Drinking plenty of water will help. Tylenol is the only thing safe to take during pregnancy but it doesn't do much for me. Lavender and peppermint essential oils help, just be sure it's pure quality. I use young living. Just put a drop on the back of your neck and/or temples. (careful to avoid eyes with peppermint,  you can use a carry oil if you are sensitive to the peppermint)

Could be dehydration. Migraines are also just more common in pregnancy. Try laying down in a dark quiet room and make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

Dont get me wrong. I feel I must restate myself the proper way because I did not come off as I ment to. Preeclampsia is the most common complication in pregnancy. However headaches are a common symptom during pregnacy. Therefore more common. Like I also said make sure you discuss your symptoms with your doctor. Talk about the possibility of preeclampsia with him/her. Just to be safe.

My goodness dont freek the poor girl out. Headaches are common in pregnancy. Preeclampsia is not. I get bad head aches that last all day too. I drink a ton of water. It works. Then when it comes back I drink more water. Its not like I dont drink water, I do but I guess not enough. Id try that first. If that dosnt work. Try some sugar like kat0598 said. That has helped for me aswell in the past. I dont have blood sugar issues. When your pregnant though your body changes and you can develop problems youve never had before. My first pregnacy I developed anemia. My second, carpel tunnel and hypothirodism. I had been checked a year before my second pregnacy for the thyroid issue and it had been fine then. This is my third pregnacy. Take it from me. Dont panic! Try water then sugar. But do tell your doctor irrigadless if that works or not.

Sounds like preeclampsia. That is one of the symptoms and depending on how far along you are, you may have to be induced at 37 weeks.

Have you cut out caffeine from your diet recently?  I know that if I don't have atlest one iced tea a day I go into caffeine withdrawal and end up with a migraine by the end of the day. It's hard to cut out caffeine completely when you are so used to having it.

I would call and ask your doctor. I have them all the time, but mine are due to my sugar being low and everything else being out of control.
