I'm a belly sleeper and I could have easily been able to comfortably sleep on my belly till week 18 and I really regret not doing so... For some reason I actually stopped as soon as I found out I was with child. I miss sleeping on my belly and I'm due to deliver in 11 days. I'm scared I'll never go back to belly sleeping now that I'm so used to sleeping on my left side... LoL. So enjoy it while you can as long as your comfortable
