Can't get full

Hello
I am 8.5 weeks pregnant and lucky for the nausea under control but now I am ravishingly hungry (like I haven't eaten in days) every 2 hours. I am trying to eat healthy and watch my weight gain but I can't seem to get full. Protein is hard for me to eat as most meat creeps me out (i eat it at least once a day), I can't eat lots of dairy due to lactose intolerance and peanut butter makes me sick. What else can I do and will it ever back off ?

Thanks. I am trying the juice thing, I prefer it watered down . It is a tough battle to try and not over eat but also not get to the point where I am so hungry I'm nauseous. I am thankfully not overeating and trying to avoid it and not feel sick!

Well you are definitely waaay too early in your pregnancy to be eating like your 8 months. The baby isn't even getting that it's still feeding off the yolk sac. So don't stress yourself into over eating just because your know you're pregnant, eat when you're actually hungry.

Soy yogurt is good, also try a lactose free protein shake like muscle milk they've helped me tons and yes the intense hunger comes and goes through the weeks

Maybe you can drink a lot of water and juice to give a satiety feeling, when you're craving fruits and fruits salad are the best, with some nuts it's perfect:)
