Cant go to the Bathroom

Alright, so I've always had trouble going to the bathroom & now that I'm pregnant it's even worse which makes me extremely uncomfortable. I was just wondering what you ladies recommend is safe to take or do for a bowel movement!

I feel you! Fellow struggler here!! :) Probiotics are safe! I buy the gummies, And usually after a week, I'm pretty regular. Also, Try apple or cranberry juice. Coffee (but only one a day) or lots of water and up that fiber intake. And, regular exercise!

I've made a smoothie every morning in third trimester which has really made me regular. Plain yoghurt, almonds, a banana, kale/spinach, 1/2 an avocado, milk/water, honey, flaxseed oil... It's not amazing tasting but it's not too bad and it's helped really well with bowel movements and stabilizing my blood sugar.

Minimize blueberries and bananas.  Eat more apples and cherries and pears. Its how I have to naturally adjust my daughters bowl movements as she has sever reflux. A softer stool keeps the reflux down.

Cereals and snack bars with lots of fiber have helped me. Maybe try them?

I took miralax every day before I was pregnant, and am continuing during my pregnancy. Doesn't absorb into the bloodstream so it's safe. I have IBS and my doc recommended it. Talk to your doc first tho.
