Cat baby teaming with my insomnia :(

My kitten hides under the couch and sleeps all day, and stays awake all night.  If she isnt in my room and laying in bed with me she continuously meows as if she's being murdered.

As soon as I'm about to fall asleep she crawls on me and gets in my fave and starts licking inside my nose or my lips, sometimes she bites my face.
I have insomnia from hell and it seems as if the second im granted the gift to sleep, this little devil comes up and starts slobbering on my face.

Anyone else have pet problems?  What did you do to get them to stop being horrible?

Don't put her in a crate and cover it up and just shove her in the bathroom to let her cry! Not only is that mean but she's not a dog! The spray bottle is a good start. Try keeping your door closed at night. Just make sure her litter box and food and water dish isn't in there with you! Lol

Well if you do the water at night she will probably end up just spending the night licking herself lol I wouldn't Reccomend it if she's latched on to someone though cause she'll probably get pissed and go apeshit lol

Ouch! Yeah maybe you need too call Jackson and have him come help the demon haha! The spray bottles work fairly well. I've never really had indoor cats tho so I'm not sure how well it'll work for you but good luck

I will definitely try the spray bottle!!

She has jumped and latched herself onto my boyfriends face while hes sitting down, or people legs.  Im almost tempted to keep a glass of water with me to dump on her so she really gets the point.  Lol

Haha yeah well we're pregnant so it makes it worse automatically. I had a kitten like that last year and ended up letting my ex keep her because I didn't want to deal with it. I'm diabetic and she would chew thru my pump tubing in the middle of the night. I was finally just like you keep that little devil I can't deal with her anymore! They're cute and fun but you really have too have a of patience

Try spraying her with a water bottle when you see her sleeping during the day and also when she's bad like attaching furniture so her mind starts to realize she gets sprayed when she does something wrong that's how I trained my kitties and now they sleep with me all night long and they are only 6 months old. I started training them when I got them at 8 weeks and they started sleeping through the night by 11 or 12 weeks

Haha well try crate training her Like a puppy at night. Lock her up cover her up and put it in a bathroom or somewhere where you can't hear her as loud. And if she meows ignore her. Maybe play music to drown her out even

I always wake her up during the day when i can find her.  I try to keep her awake all the time, but if I have to leave, when I come back she has hidden and sleeps untik I find her.  Even if I put her in a cage, she'd sleep in there.  It's like she wants to torture us while we are trying to sleep.

Cats generally are more active at night by nature. Plus being a kitten makes it worse. Give her lots of toys and a cat tree if you don't already have them. I watch a lot of that my cat from hell show and he's got some really good tips and tricks to help with problematic kitties

You have to train cats to sleep at night and be up during the day especially if they are kittens. Cats are nocturnal animals they won't just automatically be like that
