I have been getting continuous charlie horses in both of my calfs. I never got charlie horses before I was pregnant. Does anyone else experience this now that they are pregnant?

It's a sign of potassium deficiency.  Take extra potassium or each foods high in potassium,  like bananas,  sweet potatoes,  tomato sauces,  etc.  You can google a complete list.
