Comment a safe medicine to use for anything
I am just posting this so that the women who do not know or who would like to know what medicines you can take while pregnant if you know one comment and thanks ladies:)

For sleeping my Dr told me unisom. It has the same stuff as benedryl to knock u out. I've heard of doctors prescribing ambien but I'm very warry about what I put into my body and I know that ambien is a benzo, same as xanax, and I wouldn't want to become dependent on it..
How about to help sleep
Colace for constipation! Tums for heartburn! Tylenol and Benadryl (in combination) for Braxton Hicks! Tucks Pads and Preparation H cream for hemmroids!
My dr told me tylenol was the safest pain reliver for headaches or any pains
