Mine is, im 33 weeks. You can definitely tell when they are head down, i feel pressure way down low and i constantly feel like i gotta pee. Plus you can feel and press down and where the head is feels round and hard. And my little one is always stretching his feet and pushing my guts into my ribs. Sometimes it feels like he is wiggling his toes between my ribs, it tickles.
I know the feeling I was just sitting minute ago and it's legs was kicking up the top then to thought my waters broke but they haven't haha

Yes. I'm 32 weeks and she's head down. The pressure on my bladder is excruciating at times.
Ur ultrasound will tell you... plus with me i can feel her butt up top n she digs in my ribs all the time with her feet :p also i feel her head putting ALOT of preasure on my pelvis
