avoiding c section
I want to give birth naturally I want to avoid c section as much as I can I'll only do it if its a life or death situation... so what are the best ways to avoid it besides exercise and cigles?
Theres no reason to think you wont have a normal delivery..a c-section is normally only performed in the case of an emergency anyway
They won't section unless they need to hun if baby is in distress etc.x
