kicking

What are some ways to get the little one to kick more? She kicks me a bunch but i want her daddy to feel her more so id like some tips <3

Icecubes on belly? That's one I will never try... I hate everything cold.

When i have an occasional cup of coffee she really moves a lot. So if you want an almost for sure way try 1 cup of coffee with some sugar and cream and theres a big chance your baby will start moving at least a little bit.

I used to get paranoid if I didn't feel my daughter moving around for to long.. so I'd annoy her. I poked the sides of my belly back and forth until she'd kick me back...  always worked.

Try drinking orange juce.

Ice cubes rubbed on your belly, or try putting head phones on your belly, baby will move to the music for sure!!!

Baby kicks alot more for me when I'm still. At 19 weeks, Im still waiting for the real action to commence. Excited w fourth baby.

Ice Cold water or something sweet and lay down on either side.. does the trick for my baby.
