I've been told at 28 weeks is when to start kick counts and if there is a decrease to call and let yourdoctor know
28 weeks is when you start counting kicks.
I wouldn't start counting kicks until way later. I'm 29 weeks and even now she goes a couple days with very limited movement. It freaks me out but when she finally wakes up I feel a lot better. I don't really count kicks unless I'm feeling worried then I will count just to make sure she kicks at least 10 times in her most awakened hour.
Eat something with a liitle sugar they recomend that befor an ultrasound (heard that on t.v) or try a flash light to wake her up that might help good luck
