Losing weight

Ok. Im a mom of three (2 living 1angel baby) and im 4wks pregnant with my first rainbow baby. I am about 30-40# over weight and have had bp issues with all my pregnancies. I started trying to lose weight then SURPRISE. so i looked up how to safely lose weight and it said to know how much you need to gain... My question is how can you tell how much weight you are gaining if you are loosing weight?

Thats how i was with my last. I was almost 190# before i delivered and im only 5.3 so thats bad I do not want that again. My bp ended up forcing me to deliver early with both mine and i think it had something to do with my miscarrying my last pregnancy. I really hope i can get healthy and stay that way.

You don't really need to gain if you were over weight when the pregnancy started.  Eat healthy meals, normal portions, exercise moderately.  You may lose weight naturally as baby takes up some of the excess calories you were consuming.  I'd consider yourself weight neutral right now and just eat healthy with proper portion control and not worry about the end result of your weight.  good luck
