Fluids...

How do you ladies keep up on your water intake? I seem to be lucky to get in a glass or two. Horrible I know. I think I am going to tie a shoulder strap around a gallon for my new purse. Hahaha

Everytime I sit down I make it a point to grab a glass of juice. I also dont go to bed without a cup of water on the night stand. I think making it available makes it easier to keep hydrated
