Foot trouble

The other day I had a slight pain in my right foot. Like I pulled a muscle or something other. Last night it hurt worse. Hurt to step on it and hurt to put my shoes on.
Tonight, it's so intense I want to cry. If I lift my foot up. Move my toes. Step on it. Anything it's terrible.
I didn't do anything to my foot.
No injuries or trama to it.
I do however have server anxiety. And don't know if I should just rest it up, or rush to the doctor.
-.-
I feel like I should be fine to rest, but with my panic disorder I always feel like something could be wrong.
I have had a lot of pulled nerves and feet issues during pregnancy.. I think it could be related.
Any tips, thoughts comforts?

Try to rest as much as possible. It's likely that the combination of relaxin and pregnancy weight are affecting your feet. Try to wear comfortable shoes that don't constrict your feet.
