Lamaze class? Worth it or not?

Im 20 weeks and its my 1st pregnancy and im debating if i should take a lamaze class or not, its $265/couple. Its a little pricey for me. But i dont know what is the pros and cons..? I need some tips..thanks ladies!

I had natural birth didn't know really anything about natural cause I planned on getting an epidural but it only lasted 6 hours I think it's up to the person if you can handle pain or not but at the same time I was only 18 so I think anyone can do it

I'm expecting my fourth. And I can't tell you how much I recommend pregnancy classes!!! The information is priceless. Every first time mommy and daddy should learn as much as they can about birthing. I felt so aware, knew what my body was capable of, what labor consisted of, that I had an easy five hours all natural birth no epidural no interventions.

I'd see if your local hospital has a labor & delivery class they offer... most classes around me I've seen are about twice as much if it's specifically "lamaze". I've never taken the lamaze class but my l&d class is covering everything from breathing, natural and medicated birth, to basic baby information for afterwards.

I dont think its worth it if you need tips on breathing or anything theres utube and google lol

I feel it's only worth it if you plan to go natural.
