no sleep

Lately it has been impossible to get any sleep at night. My mind is running all over the place and then back pain. At 24 weeks I didn't think I would be so uncomfortable physically mentally and emotionally. Then the lack of sleep is making me frustrated. What can I do ???

I wake up many times throughout the night. I have sciatica.  Don't think I have had a full good night's sleep in 4 months.  I'm currently 27 weeks. Not to mention when I do sleep the vivid weird sometimes downright unsettling dreams I have.

Same here now. This whole night I've been having trouble sleeping due to the uncomfortableness, constant restroom, and especially back pain!! It's the worst especially when I get up every other hour!!

Try sleeping upright. I'm 38 weeks and sometimes that works for me.
