I was the same. The anti nausea drugs only worked for like 10mins. But in that time you should do what you need to do and eat something nutritious. With my 1st pregnancy I was sick til about 18 weeks. This one it stopped at 11 weeks.  Keep hydrated all through the night too, you will probably still be sick but your body won't feel as dehydrated. And eat whatever your body asks for. :)

Ask your Dr for Diclegis. It works miracles. Im 23 weeks now but I was sick from weeks 6-16. I couldn't even hold down water or my own spit. I had lost 25lbs in less than a month and was still shedding weight. After trying Diclegis taking one in the morning before eating, one during the afternoon before eating, and two at night saved my life. After 1 week I only need one pill in the morning right after I woke up to get out of bed. I stopped taking them at week 20 becauseby then I was able to eat/drink whatever I wanted without feeling nauseous or vomiting.
