I one time got so crazy because of the heat I got a towel and wet the whole thing with cold water. I just laid down on the floor with the towel over me naked and had a nap or
was so hot during that time. I couldn't help it. No judgement please haha. It was weird but hey, it felt so good and cool for a long time I was able to nap.

I have a hard time sleeping at night because my feet get so hot! I have taken to getting a dry towel and putting it under my feet (so I don't get my sheets wet) and a damp washcloth on top of my feet, and that helps me a lot.

I am the same way, I hate paydays because I know that I'm going to be sweating my a** off. I'm only 17 weeks and I feel like I did with #1 at the end of my pregnancy. With #1 I worked at McDonald's (now I'm a stay at home mom) in the back window, I would come home from work and strip down to just my underwear and lay in front of my fan. I had to have two fans on, a ceiling fan and a box fan. Even then it took me forever to feel cooled down. I use to even wear my swimsuit in the bath and lay in a cool bath, my husband and I lived with my parents at the time and if the needed to use the bathroom I didn't have to get dressed to get out.

Lots of water, a fan, and a cold compress on the back of my neck. 33 weeks in New Mexico heat.

I just stay naked in my house. I have fans in the Windows when the shade is out so the air isn't so hot. I take sometimes two cold showers a day. I keep my hair up and eat cold fruits and ice pops all day. Doesn't stop me from sweating since I'm big now I'm 34 weeks but it definitely makes it a bit better.

I also have a fan and drink water all of the time and nothing seems to help. The only time I'm okay is if I'm in the pool and even there I feel sweaty lol.
