I'm about 5 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage in February. I feel huge this time I feel like I'm already about 4 months. I'm also extremely tired but can not sleep. Does anyone else relate or have some suggestions about sleep beside the pillow between the knee.

I work and also have a 8 year old lol I get plenty of exercise. But I will try the work out before bed thanks. Also I figured it may be bloating just never experienced it with my other pregnancies and I guess the miscarriage still has me worried so I over think things.

Congratulations! ! I know you are tired and dont want to lift a finger right now, but if possible work out 10-15 minutes about 2-3 hours before bed, it will help you sleep better =)

Well at 5 weeks it is honestly probably more bloating then anything, your body is just prepairinf it's little habitat, so you will be very tired. Happens to the best of us. As far as sleep goes I found the pillow thing to not help till more recently, I'm 24W+4. I liked to take a warm shower/bath and relax, soothing music still helps me. thats really all that  helped me sleep in the first trimester, also I was so sick alllllllll the time that i really was wore out in every way, I could just crash for days. If you are not that sick, try eating some food, food always made me sleepy
