I know what you are going through and its actually very serious. Please seek help from your midwife or doctor. Depression during pregnancy is scary and needs treatment before someone gets hurt. My midwives suggested to up my dha a TON and to start some prenatal yoga classes. I prefer the natural route. Hugs before drugs! You'll love this baby again, give it time and proper help. Once you have the baby, you'll wonder why you waited this long to have them. My son means the world to me now and I can't imagine life without him. And now I'm excited to give him a baby brother in June. It gets easier,  just please take care of yourself!

It'll probably kick back in! It sure is scary! I waver sometimes and just wanna cry because although it was more or less planned, you don't realize you aren't ready to be a parent until it's too late. But 3 days til my due date, I'm excited again and really not as worried. I know it is a full time job for years to come. Honestly, my life isn't so edgy and interesting that I feel like I'm trading my life away. I am ready as I'll ever be for this responsibility even though I'm clueless at firsthand experience
