I just want to scream!!!!

im 29 weeks and For the past 3 nights I have gotten NO SLEEP AT ALL!!!!! im having horrible horrible abdominal and back pain!! Im so freaking grouchy because of it and having to wake up every morning at 6 does not help! And for some reason I feel like everything is 20 times heavier than it really is.. like when I hold my phone I feel like im holding a huge brick! Ive asked my doctor and all she says is its normal and to lay on my left side to help the pain but that s*** DOESN'T WORK!! It makes it hurt even more I dont know what to do! My abdominal pain got so bad yesterday afternoon that I started having a panic attack and I was having problems breathing I felt like someone was trying to suffocate me!!

Welcome to pregnancy :) insomnia is very common during pregnancy and it is very frustrating but it won't last forever. You will find yourself unable to sleep in spurts and when you are able to sleep do it! Lol I guess it is just our bodies way in preparing us for after our babies are born lol. Me personally I love my sleep and haven't slept in almost 3 years ha ha but you will learn to love it.

I was exactly the same way! Its ok you'll go thru it,i use 2 always put my phone on speaker bkoz I didn't wanna hold it. No sleep at all, always mad about somebody or something, always crying. I even lost appetite.  Smh it was horrible, I just start feeling better but I still got those terrible leg cramps @ night that make me feel really weak during that day. I'm 31 weeks n I'm praying everyday that everything goes well. You'll be fine!!! Try not to stress yourself, go on watch funny movies, talk 2 positive people that can make u laugh n cheat u up. Drink a lot of water n whenever u can't sleep, try 2 read a book. Trust me,I know what u going tru. Good luck future mummy!!!!

Each night before you go to sleep, reserve about a half hour for a Luke warm bath. Nothing to warm to hurt  aby but just let your abdomen relax in the water, the weightlessness really will help. Then sit with your feet together (butterfly pose) and lean forward slightly, it'll strengthen your hips and core to control feeling all the weight. Hope this helps! I had the same issues in second tri and this stuff helped me after seeing a physiotherapist twice a week!
