not really a question really

I am about 12-13 weeks. My 1st appointment us on the 20th of this month. I am a nerve rack. I have a 3yr old and when I was pregnant with her they told me she wasn't going to make it. They had scheduled me to be induced a month before my due date. I had her 3 days before I was due to be induced. She was perfect she weight 6 pounds 8 once. After her I was pregnant 2 and had a misscarege. This pregnancy feel different I really feel pregnant unlike the last two. I'm always so afraid. When I get stomach ache I worry I just worry about every little thing.  Forgot to mantion before my daughter I was pregnant and had a stillborn which was the worst thing I had to go tru having b to have your baby knowing is dead. I try my hardest to stay positive n nor worry. I just find it hard. What am I supposed to do

Remember to breathe deep. I've had scares of my own and I just take it one week at a time. Try to focus on the positives in your daily life, and that might help too. You can also research and practice other meditation to help reduce your stress level. Stay strong. You got this.
