child support.

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and my child's father decides that the baby isn't his. How does child support work? The only info I have for him is his first and last name and dob. If I don't give my baby his last name can I still put him on child support?

Yes, you can. If he doesnt sign the birth certificate, you can still file but it will take longer because theyll need to do DNA testing. Go to your lical child support office and file. Give them any info u have. Its best to have a social security number for him but if u dont have it, its okay.
